Defense info vital for man charged for alleged drug violations

People are often quick to make judgments about others before they have all of the facts. Recent reports indicated that authorities had obtained a warrant to search an apartment as the department worked to target the sale of various illegal substances. It was unclear what may have caused authorities to suspect that drug-related activity was taking place at the apartment.

During the search, officers allegedly found methamphetamine, powder cocaine, crack cocaine, MDMA, oxycodone and cannabis. Reportedly, over $2,000 in cash was also discovered. As a result, the 45-year-old man was taken into custody on various trafficking, possession and possession with intent charges. At the time of the report, the man had been booked at a county jail.
