Courtney is the Senior Paralegal for Attorney Rickman, and a Notary Public. She began working in the legal field in 2002 as a billing clerk and secretary and (tenaciously) learned on the job to become an avid family law and criminal defense paralegal. She has approximately 12 years’ experience in family law and 7 years’ experience in criminal defense.
Courtney completed her Associates in the Arts Degree at Lake-Sumter State College in 2005 and continued on to the University of Central Florida in 2006. In the fall of 2013, she returned to the University of Central Florida and graduated in August of 2016 with a Bachelor in Science Degree in Legal Studies. She is currently working toward admittance to law school.
Courtney has been a resident of Lake County Florida since 1991. She is a South Lake High School Honors Graduate, a University of Central Florida graduate, a Professional Photographer, an avid golfer, and is married with two children.
Sharon J. Henderson is a Senior Real Estate Paralegal with over 25 years of experience. Her work history consists of managing closings from simple cash transactions to handling large commercial property transactions. She has closed several thousand residential properties. Through her experience she owned and operated her own title insurance company for 10 years. She is an active member of the Orlando Board of Realtors, Notary Public, Realtor and Title Agent.
Sharon was born and raised in Lake County, Florida and has a long standing family history in the area. Her grandfather was Justice of the Peace for Lake County. She graduated from Clermont High School, raised three children and has been married to her husband for 26 years.

Justin is a Member of the Lake County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.
Born and Raised in Winter Park Florida Justin has lived in the Central Florida area his entire life. He currently resides in South Lake County and has a young daughter. Justin is an avid boater and loves to spend his weekends on the water.
Justin attended Edgewater High School, received his Associates Degree from the University of Florida in 1990, and his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Central Florida in 1992. From 1991 to 1994, Justin worked as a Senior Legislative aid in the Florida State Senate . Justin received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University Orlando School of Law in June of 2000, and a second Juris Doctorate from The Regent School of Law in December 2002. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2003.
In 2004, he opened the Law Office of Justin Rickman where he practices Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Wills, and Real Estate Law and Transactions in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Sumter, Seminole, Volusia and Brevard County.
